Park Mall Stara Zagora

Park Mall Stara Zagora is the first modern shopping centre in the region. Its’ atmosphere is pleasant and the environment is spacious and full of light, while the variety of goods and services is impressionable! Park Mall Stara Zagora is the first in the region centre to offer leading Bulgarian and foreign brands, which will enhance the development of modern shopping and entertainment environment for the citizens and guests of the town.

Park Mall Stara Zagora has 30 000 sq.m. build up area, out of which 20 000 sq.m. retail space. Arena cinema offers 6 halls with 950 seats inside and this will be the first modern movie complex in the whole region, equipped with contemporary 3D technology. The leading brand in trade with foodstuffs Piccadilly will open supermarket situated on 2 500 sq.m. 
Total number of tenants on site exceeds 120, including specialized shops, cafes and restaurants. World’s famous brands in the fashion and restaurant business are opening doors in Park Mall. Among them are names like Mango, Calliope, Sprider, Beauty Zone, Adidas, Andrews fashion, Denyl, Etere, Fox, Seven Seconds, Hot Spot, Levi’s, Terranova, Oxette, Swarovski, Coffee break, KFC, McDonald’s, Fancy restaurant, Ciela book store, Leonardo Shoes, Costa Café, Reserved, XYZ, entertainment and fashion for the kids at Fancy Kids center and shop. With the construction of the mall and its’ proximity to hypermarkets Technopolis and Mr. Bricolage the area is shaping as the new trade park of Stara Zagora. 

The developer of Park Mall Stara Zagora is Alexandra Group and the investment amount to EUR 25 million. The Mall has provided more than 800 new jobs. The architectural design was created by Artec Design under the supervision of chief architect Konstantin Antonov. The construction of Park Mall was carried out by Balkanstroy. Leading real estate company, Colliers International, is in charge of Property Management.
