Horkan’s, a family-run Irish grocery group, operates both a SuperValu supermarket and a Daybreak convenience store within the centre, forming its two grocery anchors. O’Sullivan’s Pharmacy and a small cluster of independent local businesses, including a paint and hardware specialist and a security-systems installer, round out a tenant base built almost entirely around daily household needs rather than fashion or discretionary retail.

That grocery-and-services tenant profile, with no fashion, electronics or entertainment chains represented at all, distinguishes Orwell fundamentally from the other Cornerstone Portfolio properties in this batch, all of which carry substantial national fashion and sportswear tenant rosters.

That neighborhood-convenience format, owned by the same institutional investor as several much larger regional Irish malls, illustrates how a single portfolio acquisition can span genuinely different property types, from Blanchardstown-scale regional destinations down to a small suburban strip anchored by a single family grocery group, all held under one ownership structure for portfolio-level efficiency rather than individual-asset strategy.
