About this mall

The Finnish SRV Group and the Finnish investment fund Russia Invest are developing Okhta Mall.

The total investment is EUR 250 million. Okhta Mall is the first phase of the mixed-use center of Okhta City with a GBA of 400 sq. m. The project is located on the square of Yakornaya, Magnitogorskaya streets, and Shaumyana and Metallistov prospects within a 10-minute driving distance from the city center. The modern Scandinavian design of Okhta Mall was developed by the Finnish architectural bureau L Architects Ltd. The project’s concept assumes the implementation of green development standards and the acquisition of a LEED Gold certificate.

Once put into operation in spring 2016, the GBA of Okhta Mall will be 144 thousand sqm with a GLA of 76 thousand. The project presumes outside parking for more than 1,000 lots and 2 underground levels with 780 parking lots and a food hypermarket, as well as 4 above-ground floors with 250 units of popular Russian and international retailers. The tenant mix includes large department stores for clothing and footwear, products for children and sports, an entertainment area featuring a cinema, over 20 restaurants, and food court options.

Okhta Mall revives an important district of Saint Petersburg with modern architecture and European-quality shopping and services. Okhta Mall was developed by the Finnish SRV Group to become the new attraction center on the shopping mall’s map of the Russian Northern Capital and to offer a unique cultural and entertainment zone involving the leading Scandinavian urban developers.
