Mega Belaya Dacha SEC is a joint project of Russian company Belaya Dacha and Swedish company IKEA. The construction of shopping and entertainment complex MEGA Belaya Dacha started in the summer 2004, took place in 3 stages, and was completed with an opening of the second phase of MEGA Belaya Dacha on November 29, 2007. The total investment in the projectamounted to 12 billion rubles.
MEGA Belaya Dacha is the biggest shopping and entertainment center in Russia. In terms of leasable area, it is Europe’s number among all other shopping malls.
