Intu Lakeside

Lakeside Shopping Centre opened in October 1990 at West Thurrock in the borough of Thurrock, Essex, with approximately 140,000 sqm of gross leasable area at the J31 junction of the M25 motorway. The primary catchment within 45 minutes encompasses approximately 4 million consumers across Essex, east London, and north Kent. Surface parking for approximately 13,000 vehicles accommodates the car-dependent motorway-junction format. The nearby Bluewater in Kent and Westfield Stratford City in London represent the principal competitive alternatives within this overlapping catchment zone.
