Docks 76, developed and managed by Unibail-Rodamco, Europe’s leading listed commercial property company, is a new concept of leisure and shopping pleasure open 7 days a week, inaugurated on 23 April 2009 in Rouen. It comprises some 80 boutiques, including several medium-sized units and restaurants, and a 14-screen multiplex cinema. It forms part of the urban rebirth of the suburbs west of the city center.
