The project “Mania Tower” is created not only to be the first of it’s kind combined trade and business center in the city but to provide conditions for a unknown high to people living in Pleven, business level. In the building there are high speed elevators – the cages rise and go down for two meters per second. The parking is underground and ground. There is video surveillance there and it accommodates 200 automobiles.
