Hermès celebrated the opening of its relocated Atlanta boutique at Phipps Plaza, reimagining its aesthetic to reflect the city’s vibrant cultural scene. Designed by the Parisian agency RDAI, the new ground-floor space incorporates elements inspired by Atlanta’s urban murals and creative energy. The boutique’s terracotta brick façade—ranging from deep brown to almond—mirrors Georgia’s red canyons, while inside, Hermès’ iconic Faubourg mosaic floor in beige, blue, and green ombré invites guests into an immersive experience. A carefully curated journey unfolds through signature silk and jewelry collections, with Hermès’ leather goods, homeware, and equestrian pieces to the left, and the fragrance and beauty section set against warm red terrazzo on the right. This leads to an expansive shoe area and flows into the men’s and women’s ready-to-wear collections, ending in the jewelry and watch salon. Art-driven interiors with unique color palettes Each room brings a distinct atmosphere through palettes of taupe, salmon pink, earthy reds, and clay, punctuated by upholstered and textured walls. French artist Lena Hilton contributed abstract paintings to complement the boutique’s visual narrative, enhancing the store’s dynamic layout. A selection of artworks from the Émile Hermès collection and Hermès Collection of Contemporary Photographs rounds out the space, featuring Italian artist Gianpaolo Pagni and Greek artist Elias Kafouros. The Atlanta boutique remains Hermès’ sole location in the city and one of forty-one across the United States.
