The architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte designed this emblematic 645,000 ft² (60,000m²) gateway to the city. Promenade de Flandre will benefi t from a dynamic shopping atmosphere led by the Auchan hypermarket. The project will be carried out in partnership with Immochan group.
