The 2016 opening of its 25,000 m² GLA extension will add a second mall and
50 new shops. The center’s exterior will be enhanced and an underground car park constructed.
In 2017 it will be ready to welcome the newly-arrived residents of the 1,750 new homes being built nearby, and in 2020, the 110,000 people annually that are expected to use the new tramway linking Montpellier to the beaches.
