The first and so far, the world’s only water park, DreamWorks Animation, will begin operations on March 19 at the American Dream Shopping Center. Visitors will enjoy a themed environment in which the most popular franchises of the film company are implemented. You can visit Shrek’s Swamp, take part in a secret operation with penguins from “Madagascar,” feel like a real Dragon Warrior with the characters from “Kung Fu Panda.” And there’s also the largest artificial wave pool in the country. Shortly the park will be complemented by several dozen beach houses designed by the famous designer Jonathan Adler, rooms for private parties, and much more.
The water park will be open all weekend. It will complement entertainment areas such as the Nickelodeon Universe theme park and the ice rink, which have been in operation since the giant mall opened in October 2019. Tickets to the water park can be purchased today on American Dream. They cost $74-$99, depending on the age of the visitor.
On March 19 American Dream will also open several stores from fashion brands – Aritzia, Zara, Sephora, H&M, UNIQLO, Primark, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy, Morphe, and others. It will be the next wave of shopping center opening, which is still in the process of filling. It is expected that the malls will reach full capacity by the second quarter of 2020.
