Madrid Xanadú, the benchmark for shopping and leisure centres in Spain, combines under one same roof the only indoor snow slope in the country, the most cared for selection of stores of the market and a complete and exclusive offer of leisure for all ages.
Madrid Xanadú has more than 220 premises, which include 21 large establishments (anchors) among stores, services and leisure, as well as close to 30 restaurants.
Furthermore, Madrid Xanadú offers entertainment for all ages, such as the Madrid SnowZone snow slope, 15 movie theaters, mini golf, thematic restaurants, bowling alley, games area, kid´s club and much more.
Since 2010 Madrid Xanadú has the Phase II development of the Centre, with Bricor and Decathlon as driving forces. Since September 2010, Madrid Xanadú hosts the first Apple and Hollister stores in Spain. In 2011, Adidas, among others, joined the Centre. In 2012-2013, the Centre has developed a complete program of free services with a multitude of actions, among which the incorporation of a locker service, electric vehicles for indoor and outdoor movement of people with mobility difficulties, family and breast feeding rooms, the only recycling Collection Centre in a shopping centre in Spain, etc. stand out. Also in 2013, Madrid Xanadu has hosted the launching of the new store image of operators such as Nike, Pull&Bear, Lefties, Bershka and H&M among others. The recent opening of the first stores in Madrid of Forever 21, Violeta by Mango or Kiabi consolidate Madrid Xanadú’s roll as benchmark for the main global brands.
