Quintain has secured an "extraordinary and unforgettable" tasting experience, set to open in a prime location in Wembley Park, London's newest cultural neighborhood. Haute Dolci, the luxury dessert operator, has signed on to open a 3,350 sq ft restaurant that will include a mezzanine, its first London location.

Combining France's high fashion elegance with Italy's passion for all things sweet, Haute Dolci turns fine dining into fine art with a range of mouth-watering desserts that will bring a new culinary experience to the line-up at Wembley Park. Drawing on 12 years of culinary experience at Heavenly Desserts, the restaurant will offer various delicious creations, including American waffles, Belgian waffles, cookie dough, pancakes, crepes a tempting selection of chocolate desserts.
Nizam Mohamed, Founder of Haute Dolci, stated: "I have spent the past 12 years perfecting the concept behind Haute Dolci, and I am thrilled to be opening the doors to our first restaurant in London at Wembley Park. It aligns with the Wembley Park experience of memorable moments and the knowledge of the landmark destination, catering to the varied needs of visitors, residents, and workers."

The restaurant will be in a central location on Wembley Park Boulevard, the go-to shopping destination at the heart of the 85-acre development. The tree-lined pedestrianized avenue will feature memorable retail and dining experiences. Wembley Park Boulevard leads from Arena Square's fountains to the SSE Arena, Wembley, and will feature some 21 top brands across 76,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space. The new signing is firmly in keeping with the idea for retail and leisure at Wembley Park, focused on attracting an imaginative spectrum of influential brands and independents. The mixed-use development continues to challenge the retail malaise faced by the sector.

Quintain's multi-billion transformation of Wembley Park is one of the most extensive and most all-embracing urban developments currently underway in Europe.
 
Projected to attract over 20 million visitors a year, Wembley Park will benefit from PS328m in potential annual retail spending by 2027, putting it ahead of London districts such as Camden, Victoria, and Ealing Broadway. Minutes from central London are easily reached by three Tube lines, two train lines, eight bus routes, plus ample car parking at a low cost.
 
Wembley Park's transformation reflects its legendary past and strong cultural heritage - where many of the world's most excellent musicians, entertainers, and sportspeople have played. Attractions include London Designer Outlet, London's largest Boxpark, Wembley Park Market with entrepreneurial merchants and makers, and Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre.
 
Wembley Park Boulevard is just one of the broader and more attractive public spaces at Wembley Park, with plans in-hand for new parks and public areas that will bring the total amount of open space to around 42 acres, including private residential gardens.
 
Additionally, Wembley Park will be the largest single-site building to Rent homes in the UK, with 20,000 full-time residents by 2027. Quintain provides design-led, lifestyle-focused apartments, and an all-inclusive offering to those seeking an easier way to live in the capital.
