IMMOFINANZ has developed a further shopping center under its VIVO! brand in Krosno, Poland.The VIVO! Krosno has approximately 21,000 sqm of rentable space and is entirely occupied. This center grows IMMOFINANZ‘s portfolio of VIVO! shopping malls to ten locations in four countries with more than 314,000 sqm of leasable space.
Nearly 70 national and international brands are represented in the VIVO! Krosno including Media Markt, H&M, CROPP, House, RESERVED, SiNSAY, FRAC, Pepco, JYSK, Deichmann, CCC, Martes Sport, Rossmann, and others. The shopping center also houses a cinema and about 700 parking spaces.
