Simon announced the Grand Opening of a 500,000-square-foot, shopping, dining, and entertainment complex in Texas.
Neiman Marcus is the primary anchor of The Shops at Clearfork. It is home to luxury, home furnishing and specialty retailers including Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Tory Burch, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Arhaus, and Z Gallerie. Additional retailers opened its doors are Mizzen+Main, Tesla, Out on a Limb Boutique, NuVitrum, and Starbucks. During next months will be open Grand Nail Salon, Kendra Scott, Clean Juice Bar, Stanley Eisenman Shoes, and T-Mobile.
Some new regional and national restaurants and entertainment opportunities are slated to open this month and in 2018. The list includes City Works Eatery & Pour House, B&B Butchers & Restaurant, Crú Food and Wine Bar, Fixe, Doc B's Fresh Kitchen, Luna Grill, Malai Kitchen, Twigs Bistro, Mesero, and Martini Bar, and entertainment choices AMC Theatres and Pinstripes.
The Shops at Clearfork is becoming a hub for business in Fort Worth with two Class-A office buildings totaling 120,000 square feet placed directly above ground-floor retail. WeWork, the largest co-working business in the world, is expected to open its first Fort Worth location in The Offices at Clearfork by the end of the year. Additional tenants including CH4 Energy, Merrill Lynch, CERIS, and Mustang Energy will soon follow The Miles Foundation and Frost Bank in the office setting.

The complete Clearfork development includes an integrated, mixed-use 270 acres multi-phase project, combining 2 million square feet of offices, 1.2 million square feet of retail and 2,500 multi-family residential units.
