Siheung Premium Outlets, built in a joint venture with Shinsegae Group, is fourth Premium Outlet in the country.Building on the achievement of the Yeoju and Paju Outlets near Seoul and the Busan Premium Outlets settled on the southeastern point of the Korean Peninsula, Siheung Premium Outlets will feature 220 national and foreign brands included in 452,000 square feet of space. Some of the popular worldwide stores welcoming shoppers include Armani, Michael Kors, Coach, Hugo Boss, Jill Stuart, Theory, DKNY, Oilily, Sandro, and Sandro. Famous labels such as Nike, Adidas, New Balance, and Under Armour, will debut at the center soon.
New South Korean outlet joined a family of 89 Simon Premium Outlets in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Japan, Malaysia, and Mexico.
Siheung Premium Outlets will also feature an exciting dining area consisting of European-style terrace cafes, and new and traditional food and beverage options. Leisure and experiential elements will also be part of the outlet with a "Pet Park," "Central Garden," and "Sky Garden" areas.
