Well-known department store gets a comeback in central Rome.

Rinascente, popular Italian department store, opens a new outlet in Rome near Via del Tritone street on 12 October. The opening in the central shopping area celebrated with a day of live music and special events.- It seems like a triumphant return to the firm which abandoned its Via del Corso base 11 years ago. The recent flagship store of Rinascente based on Via del Corso was taken over by Spanish retail giant Zara seven years ago
Most global and international luxury brands are present in a department store mix, mostly with corners and by product category. Louis Vuitton occupies a shop in the shop on two floors known as Palazetto. The significant absentee is Dolce & Gabbana which is only present with eyewear.
Placed on the Via Due Macelli corner of Via del Tritone, the 14,000-sqm store is spread out over eight floors, including a beautiful rooftop terrace and four restaurants. The basement houses a 60-m section of the Aqua Virgo, one of ancient Rome's aqueducts dating to 19 BC, which was uncovered during the building's 11 years of construction and restoration works.
