Karl Lagerfeld, S. Oliver, Petrol Industries, Dstrezzed, Geox, and Skechers will join Amsterdam The Style Outlets.

Premium brand Karl Lagerfeld, fashion and lifestyle brand S. Oliver, the Dutch denim fashion brand Petrol Industries, men's fashion brand Dstrezzed, Geox, and Skechers will join the center's exclusive line-up. All stores will open to shoppers on 26 November. For Dstrezzed, it will be the first outlet location in the Netherlands.
These are in addition to the brands announced in September, including Adidas, Björn Borg, GUESS, New Balance, Nike, O'Neil, PUMA, Salomon, and The Kooples.
Eduardo Ceballos, NEINVER's Asset Management Director Southern Europe and the Netherlands, said that the outlet's construction is nearly complete. All the team is busy with the last details and tenants' fit-out works. He is sure that these designer stores with the other amenities will bring a unique shopping experience to the Dutch capital and the region.
The first outlet development in Greater Amsterdam combines a substantial catchment area of 12 million people with its proximity to Amsterdam's Schiphol airport and easy access to the Dutch capital (an 18-minute drive to the city center) and Haarlem. The center is located next to Halfweg-Zwanenburg railway station, two stops away from Amsterdam Central Station.
With a village design inspired by traditional Dutch architecture, the center will feature over 100 stores set across GLA's 19,000 m2. It will open for visitors with around 75% occupancy, with more brands scheduled to join the line-up after the opening. Moreover, 1,000 m2 are planned for leisure areas, restaurants with outdoor seating, and walkways to provide a complete shopping experience. The center will feature 2,230 parking spaces for cars and 200 for bicycles.
This first outlet project in the Greater Amsterdam area entailed an investment of €110 million.
