Officials and Simon's representatives broke ground on Denver Premium Outlets in Thornton, Colorado.A 330,000 square foot open-air outlet center planned to open in fall 2018. The new outlet will offer a mix of product sections found in Simon Premium Outlets throughout the country. The range includes fashion clothing and accessories, athletic, outdoor and fitness footwear and apparel, service and dining options, home furnishings, electronics and others.

Positioned at the intersection of Interstate 25 and 136 Avenue, Denver Premium Outlets will present a premier outlet open-air center experience featuring almost 80 designer and name-brand retailers at impressive savings of 25 to 65 percent every day.
Denver Premium Outlets generating more than 500 construction jobs and around 700 full and part-time jobs. It will be the 92nd Premium Outlets center in a portfolio of Simon.
