Unibail-Rodamco launches Mall of Scandinavia

Mall of Scandinavia is located just 7 minutes from the city centre of Stockholm, and is now the largest shopping centre in Sweden.

Representing an investment of €640m, Mall of Scandinavia has 101,048 sq m (1,087,672 sq ft) and embodies Unibail-Rodamco’s vision for the future of the shopping centre industry in the Nordics, and establishes a new benchmark for retail and leisure destinations in the region. 



Its size is fitting for its coverage area that contains an indigenous population of about 1.57 million people within a 30-minutes-drive radius. Extend the radius to a 90-minutes-drive radius, and the population covered by the mall clocks at one-third of the entire Swedish population. 

Accessing the mall is effortless, as it is strategically situated to be in direct link to major E4 and E18 highways. This is in addition to the massive infrastructural development that dots the surrounding environ, including new bridges and road networks.
