The mall features hypermarket Carrefour of 13,000 m 2, surrounded by some 90 stores. The mall belonges to the group Unibail Rodamco.
The Carrefour hypermarket is the first hypermarket in Pyrénées-Atlantiques deartment and the third in Aquitaine region.
Unibail-Rodamco in september 2014 signed a definitive agreement with Carmila to dispose of a €931 Mn portfolio of six shopping centres in France, including here and the BAB 2 shopping center.Terms of the transaction are as announced in July 2014. Closing of the transaction is expected before the end of the year 2014 and is subject to customary conditions precedent.
