David Peterson Jr.- Managing Editor

Dave knows malls. Before becoming a partner in one of Connecticut’s largest shopping developments, David spent the formative years of his career on the client side. This gave him the remarkable ability and talent to understand not just a communication challenge but also the business challenge as an investor in new properties. David currently sits on the board for many retail related ventures and maintains close relationships with all large players in the mall industry. He has been known to bring all sides to the table in discussions, maintaining a strong sense of community with clear in depth strategies.

Matthew Rogers – Managing Editor

Matthew is a designer and a professional what-ifer. His passion in life is turning things upside down to see things in a way that no one else has. It allows him to come up with big, fresh ideas. His work has been recognized by AR100, Potlatch, Communication Arts, The One Show, Coupe and Applied Arts.

Cheryl Jones - Senior Editor

Cheryl is a dog with a bone. She doesn’t so much write a story as she does wrestle it down to the ground. But her passionate approach to this craft has served her well. She has penned many award-winning campaigns for shopping malls as well as worked on large scale proposals for new developments.

Victoria Ann Waters – Associate Editor

Want to open a new shop in a mall? Victoria will be writing about how to do it, how to determine if your idea will work, and which malls have vacancies. With leasing relationships at all the major sites Victoria has scouted locations for many major retailers.

Trevor Samson – Associate Editor

Trevor owns several stores in malls across Canada. He gives insight on which malls are the best to work in, best to shop in, and most profitable.
