The company said its goal is to become an incubator of local brands to reach a wider customer base by locating in a prestigious location that can attract tourists and locals alike.

Among the tenants of the new mall are local retailers selling clothing, accessories, art, jewelry, furnishings, and food. A space of 370 square meters is also planned for themed events, cultural performances, and public events.
